Shealee Mitchell founded the Parker County School Nurses Learning Network. She specializes in cultivating impactful community collaborations with local government, EMS providers, physicians, hospitals, and private enterprises. Her efforts include the development and execution of a county-wide telemedicine initiative, benefiting students, staff, and first responders, thereby elevating health service standards statewide.

With an extensive background, Shealee has played pivotal roles as Chairman, Speaker, and Educator for healthcare facilities and mental healthcare programs within the Texas State Education system. Certified in Trauma Nursing, Emergency Nursing for Pediatrics, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Life Support, she brings a wealth of expertise to her roles. Shealee serves as a sought-after consultant and conference speaker, sharing her insights across the state.

Her current focus revolves around enhancing the patient experience, fostering a positive employee culture, and advancing leadership development. She holds an undergraduate degree from West Texas A&M University in Canyon, TX, and recently completed an advanced degree at Texas A&M School of Law, specializing in Healthcare Law, Policy, and Management.

Shealee is proudly raising two boys with her high school sweetheart and hero, Brandon Mitchell. Shealee loves to travel and hates to cook. Spending time with those she loves most is her favorite hobby!
