His role is to execute upon the strategy of the CEO and executive team, including overseeing the performance of all clinics, optimizing processes and inputting best practices. Additionally, Andrew is responsible for developing key performance indicators, initiating business development for all service offerings, launching new clinics, and working with clinic leaders to enhance operational success.

Andrew’s father and brothers are all practicing MD’s in different specialty areas of healthcare.  He has a very unique lens and ability to relate to providers to ensure they have all tools, processes and support to ensure optimal patient care.

Prior to joining Bare Dermatology, Andrew served as Chief Operating Officer for Prism Dermatology in Southlake where he answered directly to the Board of Investors. He helped generate superior revenue by initiating a large and successful new patient development initiative, streamline processes and formed excellent relationships with the Chief Medical Officer, Board Members, Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, and support staff.

Prior to working at Prism, he was a Director at Village Health Partners, one of the largest and most respected Family Medicine Groups in North Texas.  While there, he answered directly to the Board of Directors and owner Physicians, and helped lead them through the largest national outbreak of Covid, streamlined processes, onboarded and built new provider patient loads through organic models and new business development while establishing a benchmark for positive culture.

Andrew has been in dermatology since 2013 with experience in both private and corporate practice settings.  He brings a myriad of experience in managing large, multi-site practices, working with all staff members and establishing successful and thriving clinics.

In his free time, Andrew enjoys staying active, traveling and has twin boys that play select soccer at a local academy team in Melissa, and have traveled nationally, and internationally to compete at the highest levels.  Prior to his boys playing in Melissa, they were both scholarshiped with FC Dallas.  Andrew and his family were fortunate to see Lionel Messi compete in Frisco this summer
