Valerie “Val” Aldana has worked in the field of dermatology since 2015. Val has a vast knowledge of general and surgical dermatology. She has been a Lead Nurse, in charge of back-office staff, training and product education. Val has served in many roles in the dermatology clinic, managing staff, and creating protocols for both general dermatology clinic and Mohs clinic. She has also been a Biologic Coordinator. Val is the go-to person for all in-house product education and running and administering immunotherapy, also known as “allergy injections”.
Our Clinical Manager Val is an EMA/ModMed super user and a savant when it comes to running the clinical side of Bare Dermatology!
Val earned her Licensed Vocational Nursing Degree in 2017, in her hometown of San Antonio, TX.
She enjoys assisting in the wide variety of services Bare Dermatology offers patients and loves that we can help all ages in our community.
