Your first visit to Bare Dermatology involves a few special steps so that we can get to know you. To understand what to expect, please read through this page. Go to the Patient Portal to complete all new patient paperwork prior to arriving for your first appointment. To access the new patient paperwork, you must activate your Patient Portal. For initial account activation and subsequent logins, you will need a username and password.

This information can be accessed from the receptionist at your Bare Dermatology clinic location.
