Age Spots

Age spots are also known as liver spots or solar lentigines. They are flat, brown or black spots that develop on the skin as a result of sun exposure and aging. They typically appear on areas of the skin that are most frequently exposed to the sun, such as the face, hands, shoulders, and arms.
Symptoms:
Age spots are characterized by their flat, oval or round shape and varying shades of brown or black. They are typically painless and do not cause any symptoms other than cosmetic concerns.
