Valerie “Val” Aldana has been working in dermatology since 2015 and has extensive experience in general, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions including Clinical Manager, Lead Nurse, and Clinical Operations Manager, overseeing staff training, clinic operations, product education, and protocol development.

As the Aesthetic Operations Manager and Nurse Injector at Bare Dermatology, Val combines her passion for patient care with her commitment to advancing aesthetic services across the practice. She specializes in aesthetic injections, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, and is experienced in a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments such as laser procedures, microneedling, PRP, chemical peels, and Hydrafacial treatments. Val enjoys developing personalized treatment plans that address each patient’s unique goals while prioritizing safety, education, and long-term skin health.
