Val has worked in the field of dermatology since 2015 and brings extensive experience across general, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology. She has served in many roles, including Clinical Manager & Lead Nurse, where she managed back-office staff, training, and product education. She has also overseen clinic operations, developed protocols for both general dermatology and Mohs surgery, and served as a Biologic Coordinator.

In addition to her leadership background, Val is highly skilled in aesthetic injections, with hands-on experience in all neuromodulators (such as Botox and Dysport). She has developed a special expertise in lip enhancement and dermal filler treatments, known for her precision and natural results. She is also the go-to resource for in-house product education.

As Clinical Operations Manager, Val is an EMA/ModMed super user and is recognized for her ability to streamline processes and ensure smooth clinical operations at Bare Dermatology.

Val earned her Licensed Vocational Nursing Degree (LVN) in 2017 in her hometown of San Antonio, TX. She enjoys the wide variety of services Bare Dermatology provides and values the opportunity to help patients of all ages in the community.
