Dr. Karimi is no longer seeing patients for Bare Dermatology. Dr. Diane Davis is practicing in Allen and is able to see any previously scheduled patients. Bare Dermatology remains custodian of the patient records. If you would like to transfer your records, or obtain a copy for yourself, please email medicalrecords@barederm.com. We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our Allen office to verify acceptance of your plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dermatologist.

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
