About Me
Dr. Crystal Nwannunu, MD is a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in procedural and general dermatology. She earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (McGovern Medical School), where she was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. She completed her dermatology residency at Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC, where she served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Nwannunu’s clinical interests include, but are not limited to, acne, eczema, rashes, rosacea, warts and skin cancer screenings. She values the patient-physician relationship and is dedicated to providing evidence-based care to promote optimal skin health and patient outcomes.
As a proud Texas native, Dr. Nwannunu is excited to give back to the community she calls home. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, and visiting art museums.
